OPEN DOORS TRANSITION CENTER PROGRAM
WILC is the regional lead agency for this program and our goal is to assist people living in nursing homes and OPWDD (Office for People With Developmental Disabilities) intermediate care facilities in the lower Hudson Valley Region to transition to and/or remain in the community. We work with auxiliary outreach agencies based at local independent living centers. The lower Hudson Valley Region includes Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Sullivan, Dutchess, and Ulster Counties.
