Prevent T2 offers the support needed to implement simple, proven lifestyle changes that can help people with prediabetes prevent or delay type 2 diabetes and other serious health problems and improve their overall health. It’s scientifically proven, and it works.
This yearlong program meets weekly for the first six months, then bimonthly followed by monthly meetings.
